Overview
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to fill open positions within the company. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
