We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Lead for our Customer Service department. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, mentor a team of customer service representatives, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include monitoring performance, providing feedback and training, managing escalations, and ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
