We are seeking a dynamic Team Lead to oversee our Recruitment efforts within the Design department. The Team Lead will be responsible for managing a team of recruiters, developing recruitment strategies, and ensuring the timely and effective hiring of top design talent.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of recruiters focused on design roles.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top design talent.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve performance.
