We are seeking a Team Lead to manage our recruitment efforts within the Design department. The Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of recruiters, developing recruitment strategies, and ensuring the hiring of top talent.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve performance.
