We are seeking a dynamic Team Lead to oversee our Recruitment efforts within the Operations department. The Team Lead will be responsible for managing a team of recruiters, developing recruitment strategies, and ensuring the timely and effective hiring of top operations talent.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of recruiters focused on operations roles.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
