We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to guide our Software Development team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in MERN stack development and DevOps practices, coupled with proven leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
* Oversee the design, development, and deployment of high-quality software solutions.
* Implement and maintain DevOps best practices, including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
* Conduct code reviews, performance optimization, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
* Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Required Skills:
* Proficiency in MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
* Experience with DevOps tools and practices (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure).
* Strong understanding of software architecture principles (Microservices, DDD, Event-driven).
