This is an onsite role that requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills to attract top technical talent. As part of our dynamic team, you will play a critical role in identifying and hiring exceptional candidates who will contribute to the success of our organization. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for technical positions, ensuring alignment with job requirements and organizational culture. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, craft job descriptions, and develop hiring strategies. Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process and providing an exceptional experience. Sourcing Strategies: Leverage various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking events) to identify and attract top technical talent. Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews, evaluate candidate skills and qualifications, and manage feedback loops with hiring teams. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability in technical fields. Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices comply with legal and company policies.
