We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead with 8-10 years of experience in building and scaling modern web applications. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership and management abilities with deep technical expertise in backend and full-stack development. This role requires driving technical excellence, ensuring best practices, and leading a high-performing engineering team in delivering innovative solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the design and implementation of high-quality technical specifications aligned with architectural guidelines.
- Propose, implement, and enforce best programming practices across the team.
- Provide technical leadership in Node.js, Nest.js, TypeScript, Redis, Kafka, PostgreSQL, and containerized microservices.
- Drive adoption of event-driven architectures, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Act as a hands-on problem solver, monitoring and resolving support issues as needed.
- Apply Scrum/Kanban frameworks to maximize team performance, motivation, and quality.
- Manage team/individual goals, track KPIs, and ensure healthy communication with Software Engineering stakeholders.
- Identify, escalate, and resolve issues that may hinder the team’s progress.
- Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and guide the team in technical growth.
Required Skills & Experience (Critical)
- Strong management and leadership skills with proven experience leading engineering teams.
- Expertise in Node.js, Nest.js, and TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with Redis and event-driven architectures (Kafka, Redis, PostgreSQL).
- Strong understanding of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
Highly Recommended
- Proficiency in React.js for front-end development.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms.
- A product-oriented mindset, with focus on user experience and business outcomes.

- Familiarity with CRM systems.
