Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for quantity takeoffs, cost estimation, invoicing, and coordination with project teams to ensure accurate and efficient cost control. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs based on technical drawings and project specifications. Issue and review invoices for subcontractors and suppliers in line with actual work progress. Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and bill of quantities (BOQ) for tenders and ongoing projects. Coordinate with execution teams, procurement, and planning departments to ensure cost alignment. Monitor and control project costs, and identify any deviations from the approved budget. Prepare periodic progress and financial reports for internal and external stakeholders. Review contracts and technical documents to ensure compliance with scope and pricing. Participate in site visits when necessary for quantity verification and progress validation. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering 1 to 3 years of experience in a technical office & QS role. Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, and QS-related software.
