Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the technical office team, ensuring task allocation and quality standards. Review and approve detailed shop drawings for woodworks (doors, windows, furniture). Prepare and quantify material requirements (BOQs), coordinating with the procurement department. Collaborate closely with the design team, project sites, and the factory to ensure project integration and consistency. Develop technical schedules and monitor actual progress versus planned timelines. Troubleshoot technical issues during execution and provide practical solutions. Prepare periodic technical reports and submit updates to senior management. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Applied Arts, Architecture, or Industrial Engineering. Minimum of 10 years of experience, including proven track record in technical office management. Proficient in design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, SolidWorks, 3D Max. Experience in managing woodwork projects within factories or on-site finishing works. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
