- Lead and manage the technical office team, ensuring efficient task distribution and adherence to quality standards. - Review and approve detailed shop drawings, particularly for marble and granite works (facades, walls, and flooring). - Prepare and quantify material requirements (BOQs) in coordination with the procurement department. - Ensure seamless technical coordination between design, factory, and site teams for integrated project delivery. - Develop and monitor technical schedules, tracking actual progress against planned timelines. - Identify and resolve technical issues during execution with practical and timely solutions. - Generate and submit regular technical progress reports to senior management.
