Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings for mechanical works.
- Review design drawings and ensure their alignment with project specifications.
- Coordinate with site engineers and other disciplines to resolve technical issues.
- Perform material take-offs and prepare bill of quantities (BOQs).
- Assist in preparing and reviewing method statements and project specifications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in technical office roles, preferably in construction companies.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
