Drive end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of GenAI chatbot initiatives. Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders. Serve as a product owner when requiredowning the vision, backlog, and roadmap. Coordinate work across engineering, data science, design, and QA teams. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Oversee all phases of testing, including unit, integration, and acceptance. Promote continuous process improvement and operational efficiency.
