Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals (Naukri, Monster, Dice, etc.), social media, and internal databases.
Work on IT and Non-IT requirements for domestic or US clients (depending on shift).
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, and follow up on the hiring process.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
Build strong relationships with candidates and maintain a talent pipeline.
