Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
* Source candidates through online channels, networking events, and referrals.
* Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
* Manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews and providing feedback to candidates.
* Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
