We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our team in Mumbai (Vikhroli). The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in technical recruitment, helping us attract top talent for our dynamic tech teams. As a Technical Recruiter, you will work closely with our hiring managers to understand job requirements, source and screen candidates, and support the recruitment process end to end. Key Responsibilities: + Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for technical positions (e.g., software developers, engineers, etc.) + Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and job specifications. + Conduct interviews and assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit. + Manage job postings on various platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc. + Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates and keep track of interview processes. + Coordinate with candidates for interviews, feedback, and offer negotiation. + Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Required Skills and Qualifications: + 1-3 years of experience in technical recruiting (IT/Software/Tech roles). + Strong understanding of technical roles, tech stack, and industry trends. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and candidate management tools. + Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. + Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
