Technical & Operational Responsibilities: Assist in conducting site visits and surveys to assess customer needs and technical requirements to prepare detailed cost estimates, specifications and implementation plans. Provide on-site technical support, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety guidelines, troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth installation processes. Manage repair and maintenance activities as required. Maintain accurate project records and provide daily/weekly progress reports to management. Sales Responsibilities: Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities. Support Team Lead in client meetings when required. May be required to meet with potential clients to present companys technical products (e.g., home automation, equipment). Understand client needs and design tailored technical solutions. Maintain a pipeline of prospects and track opportunities using CRM tools (HubSpot, JIRA). Provide timely and professional follow-ups to client inquiries and concerns
