Issuing of Quotations with accurate product details and pricing to potential customers in a timely manner. Ensure efficient processing of the customers Purchase Orders and issuance of CEF and Shipment invoices & Packing Lists (Import & Export Procedures) Collaboration with other operating departments to ensure passing down clear communication of customer's confirmed order. Timely response to inquiries, issues, complaints pertaining to the customers sales orders. Ensure the product drawing and photos are provided to customers as per the requirements. Provide customer service by staying on top of pending orders and customer requests Responsible in the issuance of Delivery Orders and Invoices.
