Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Technical Sales Engineer specializing in Fire Alarm, Voice Evacuation, Central Battery Emergency Lighting, Public Address, and Background Music Systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge and experience in these systems, coupled with an understanding of relevant UAE and international standards. This role requires exceptional communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to obtain approvals from consultants and clients through effective techno-commercial meetings.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop an in-depth understanding of Fire Alarm, Voice Evacuation, Central Battery Emergency Lighting, Public Address, and Background Music Systems.
2. Knowledge of relevant UAE fire codes, NFPA 72, NFPA 101, UL, and EN standards.
3. Engage with consultants, clients, and contractors to ensure system requirements align with projects compliance.
4. Understand the technical submittals, shop drawings and prepare the necessary documentation for justification during approval process.
5. Obtain necessary approvals from consultants and clients for the proposals by presenting compliant solutions that meet both regulatory standards and client expectations.
6. Conduct detailed techno-commercial meetings to present solutions and address technical and commercial queries.
7. Communicate system functionalities, benefits, and technical specifications to both technical and non-technical customer.
8. Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop proposals and bids, ensuring accurate technical input and project scope alignment.
9. Support customer with post-sale technical support and assistance as needed.
