Responsibilities:
• Achieve the monthly personal sales target without delays.
• Follow up with potential clients and record the number of follow-up attempts.
• Communicate customer requirements to the tech office for the preparation of technical and commercial proposals.
• Follow up with the client until the deal is successfully closed.
• Submit a daily report to the direct manager summarising completed tasks.
• Achieve the monthly contracts target.
• Reach the daily target for calls and customer visits.
• Communicate and follow up with clients, and make calls to explain the company’s services.
• Prepare and deliver professional presentations to clients and answer their enquiries.
• Submit a monthly report on customer needs to support the Contracts Department.
• Ensure proper archiving of all department-related reports.
• Follow up with potential clients and finalise deals.
• Send daily updates to the direct manager on signed contracts.
• Attend relevant exhibitions and conferences in the company's industry.
• Collect up-to-date and relevant market information.
