<p>Quess IT Staffing is seeking highly motivated and dynamic individuals to join our Technical Support team for one of our client. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will provide exceptional customer service and resolve technical issues for our clients.</p><p>Job Summary:</p><p>We're looking for freshers with excellent communication skills to join our Technical Support team. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues via phone, email, or chat.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p>1. Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat.<br/>2. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.<br/>3. Document customer interactions and issue resolutions.<br/>4. Escalate complex issues to senior engineers.<br/>5. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.<br/>6. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical advancements.<br/>7. Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and resolution targets.</p><p>Requirements:</p><p>1. Fresher<br/>2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br/>3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.<br/>4. Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.<br/>5. Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).<br/>6. Ability to work in a 24/7 environment (rotating shifts).<br/>7. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.</p><p>Desirable Skills:</p><p>1. Certification in ITIL, CompTIA A+, or equivalent.<br/>2. Experience with helpdesk software (e.g., Freshdesk, Zendesk).<br/>3. Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).</p>
