<ul><li>💻 Receive technical support requests from employees via phone, email, or custom system </li><li>💻 Quickly and efficiently diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware and software </li><li>💻 Install and configure computers, software, and applications for all users </li><li>💻 Monitor and resolve the team's referrals or upgrade them to the highest level when needed </li><li>💻 Training and supporting users in the correct use of systems and applications </li><li>💻 Documenting all reports and solutions in the system to ensure accurate follow-up </li><li>💻 Support for networks, printers, and peripherals when needed </li></ul>
