Provide comprehensive and exceptional technical support to Backend customer via chat, email, phone, remote access or onsite.
Installing, Configuring and Supporting POS systems.
Installing and configuring hardware, software and printers.
Conducting electrical safety checks on equipment.
Analyze customer complaints and provide appropriate corrective actions.
Troubleshooting technical issues.
Maintain procedures and reports that provide technical support to the entire organization.
Provides technical support to customers by answering questions and troubleshooting problems.
Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting customer needs.
Must be detail oriented and able to multi-tasking.
Some travels may be required.
Providing support in the form of procedural documentation.
Testing and evaluating new technologies.
Understand, identify and document customer technical points and share insights with internal teams to constantly improve the customer and product experience.
