We’re looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Technical Trainer to join our Workforce Development team. In this role, you’ll design and deliver cutting-edge training programs for our internal teams and external clients across a range of industries.

• Develop and deliver technical training (in-person, virtual, on-site) on electrical safety, testing, commissioning, protection & control, and more
• Equip our people with essential knowledge for safety and performance
• Customize and lead client-focused training sessions
• Continuously improve curriculum based on evolving standards (NETA, IEEE, NFPA 70E, OSHA)
