We are looking for an experienced Technical Writer to join our team in Columbus, OH. The ideal candidate will have strong technical writing and instructional design skills, with hands-on experience in Articulate 360 / Articulate Rise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate DevXP-led training programs (Build the Builder, iSecure, Risk Champions, Secure by Design, Secure Code Warrior, etc.).
• Manage end-to-end learning content publishing and maintenance in Workday Learning.
• Develop and maintain self-guided course content (Articulate 360 / Rise).
• Create clear, concise, and engaging technical documentation.
• Ensure consistency in style, tone, and usability across all materials.
• Facilitate stakeholder sessions to gather requirements and feedback.
• Support projects ranging from minor enhancements to new application development.
• Work across solution domains including web, data, transactional, and packaged applications.
