Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tele Caller to join our dynamic team at Charted One. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls to generate leads, follow up with prospective clients, and support business development activities, primarily in the accounting, taxation, and financial consulting sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and explain company services.
Follow up with leads through calls, emails, or messages.
Maintain client databases and record all interactions in the CRM.
Understand client requirements and schedule appointments with senior consultants.
Handle inquiries related to accounting, GST, tax filing, and other services.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries efficiently.
Key Skills Required:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and regional language preferred)
Strong interpersonal skills and telephone etiquette
Knowledge of accounting/taxation terminology is an advantage
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM tools)
Ability to meet targets and work under pressure
Eligibility:
Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com) is mandatory
Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome
Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus
