Study and analyze tender documents from a technical point of view and validate the received studies from the engineers and the vendors. Create project cost estimates in terms of the required material as per bill of quantities, amount of work, material/equipment and manpower requirements during the tendering phase, this includes all systems, products and services to client specifications/ requirements Respond to inquiries documentation and provide answers to any subsequent clarification or compliance might be raised by either consultant or customer. To assist Design Office team by preparing a complete technical file handover to enable them to execute the project. Support sales teams in their negotiations at different proposal stages till securing the order. Involved in tender process i.e. client technical discussions and clarification sessions, quotation, submission and review.
