Health OS is looking for a responsible and proactive Territory Delivery In-Charge/Distribution Manager to manage delivery operations within a specific territory. This individual will oversee a team of 10-20 delivery personnel, ensure timely and accurate delivery to pharmacies, manage workforce rosters, handle conflict resolution, and maintain end-to-end accountability over cash deposit and delivery reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Management:Ensure that all assigned deliverymen report to duty on time, maintain discipline, and follow operational instructions consistently.
- Rostering & Shift Planning:Prepare and manage weekly rosters to ensure uninterrupted 7-day delivery coverage with fair weekend planning and leave balancing.
- Delivery Assignment & Load Balancing:Distribute delivery tasks efficiently to ensure all orders are dispatched to the correct address and optimize coverage in case of emergency leaves.
- Real-Time Problem Solving:Resolve shop-level issues raised by pharmacy owners, address delivery disruptions, and ensure each case is followed up properly.
- Cash Handling Oversight:Verify that all deliverymen have submitted due payments in the accounts or to the cash counter in full, and maintain compliance with internal processes.
- Fraud & Misreporting Prevention:Monitor deliverymen for false reporting or absentee behavior disguised as field work. Escalate disciplinary issues when needed.
- Return Verification:Confirm legitimacy of product returns — ensure they are due to valid customer reasons and not delivery failure or avoidance.
- Customer Commitment Fulfillment:Ensure that deliveries are completed within the promised time windows, maintaining HealthOS’s commitment to service reliability.
- Reporting & Coordination:Submit daily activity summaries using Google Sheets, report escalations, and maintain continuous communication with the central delivery operations team.
