Job Description
Achieve sales targets in the assigned HORECA territory. Identify and onboard new HORECA clients (hotels, restaurants, cafes, caterers). Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients. Promote new products and upsell to increase average order value. Act as a single point of contact for HORECA clients. Resolve client complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior. Develop strategies to capture new business and increase market share. Maintain sales data, prepare regular reports, and provide insights to management. Use CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
