The Role:
This is a career-growing opportunity to work with a collaborative, client-centered team in the energy and real estate space. Youll:
Examine title and draft title opinions
Perform curative work
Draft and edit deeds, leases, assignments, and real estate-related agreements
Contribute directly to a wide range of impactful legal projects
What You Bring:
Active West Virgina Bar license (Pittsburgh Bar admission is a plus!)
24 years of experience examining titles, drafting title opinions, and performing curative work
Previous work in energy and natural resources law preferred
Eagerness to take on more responsibility, including drafting and editing contracts, leases, and deeds
Strong research, writing, speaking, and analytical skills
A team mindset, drive to learn, and absolute professionalism
