Job Description

Mezzan Holding Company KSCP is looking for hiring a Trade Marketing Executive. Experience: Minimum 4 years in trade marketing or brand management, preferably within FMCG or consumer goods in the Middle East Key Responsibilities: 1.Collaborate with the Trade Marketing Manager to design and execute trade marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with company objectives and retail partner requirements 2.Work with internal teams and 3rd party agencies to ensure understanding, involvement, and on-time delivery of projects 3.Conduct trade visits to assess new launches and plan merchandising tools with relevant teams 4.Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement areas 5.Develop yearly promotional plans at brand and country levels, aligning with guidelines, sales feedback, and shopper insights 6.Evaluate promotions pre- and post-campaign through ROI, IMS figures, market feedback, and data readings 7.Prepare Key Account and Brand reviews 8.Manage trade marketing budget to ensure cost-effective promotional activities with strong ROI 9.Manage and coordinate with vendors 10.Collaborate with Finance to validate promotions for future planning and efficiency Requirement: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and strategic thinking Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bachelors degree Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
