Givanas Cosmetics Marketing team is looking for a Trade Marketing Manager who will drive disbursement of marketing merchandise. We are looking for someone who is passionate and excited about the opportunity to bring affordable yet premium cosmetics to every individual.
Core Responsibilities
- Channel Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement trade marketing strategies tailored to Traditional Trade (TT), Modern Trade (MT), and e-commerce channels.
- Ensure brand visibility through effective POS materials, displays, and activations.
- Promotions & Campaigns
- Design trade promotions (discounts, bundles, loyalty programs, etc.) to drive sell-in (to distributors) and sell-out (to consumers).
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure smooth execution and ROI tracking.
- Market Intelligence
- Analyze competitor activities, pricing, and in-store visibility.
- Gather insights from the field to advice management on product positioning.
- Budget & ROI Management
- Manage trade marketing budgets effectively.
- Measure performance of campaigns and promotions to optimize spend.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with brand managers, sales teams, distributors, and key retailers.
- Align trade activities with overall brand and business objectives.
Qualification and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of trade marketing, field marketing, or sales experience, preferably in FMCG, Cosmetics sector.
- Good people management skills and the ability to manage field teams, agents, and third-party vendors.
- Comfortable with frequent travel across the states.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and project coordination skills.
- Must be adaptable, and solution-oriented.
