<p>We are seeking a Training Executive to assist in the development and delivery of training programs. In this role, you will support the Training Manager in coordinating training activities, preparing training materials, and tracking training progress. You will also assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and identifying areas for improvement.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:<br/>* Assist in the design and development of training materials.<br/>* Coordinate training activities, including scheduling and logistics.<br/>* Track training progress and maintain training records.<br/>* Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.<br/>* Provide administrative support to the training department.</p><p>Required Skills:<br/>* Strong organizational and coordination skills.<br/>* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br/>* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.<br/>* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</p>
