We are seeking an experienced Transition Manager to join Operate Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Operations & Support, with significant experience in Global System Integration Organizations. The candidate will be responsible for managing medium to large service transitions for large enterprises, ensuring seamless transfer of services from one vendor to another.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage service transition projects, ensuring smooth and efficient transfer of services from one vendor to another.
Develop and implement transition plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and communication strategies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define transition objectives, scope, and deliverables.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards during the transition process.
Monitor and report on transition progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
Provide leadership and guidance to transition teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful transition outcomes.
Conduct post-transition reviews to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement.
