Job Description
#Key Responsibilities:
Conduct and lead foundational, generative, evaluative, and benchmarking research efforts.
Apply qualitative and quantitative research methods such as ethnography, usability testing, A/B testing, journey mapping, and surveys.
Create clear, visual, and actionable research artifacts that guide design and business strategy.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to define and address key research questions.
Use tools like Dscout, Qualtrics, UserTesting, UserZoom, etc. for study planning and execution.
Drive product strategy and feature prioritization using research scorecards and insights.
Define and track user experience metrics to measure and optimize product impact.
Present research findings and insights in a compelling, visual, and data-informed manner.
Contribute to design sprints, agile teams, and longer-term product development cycles.
