<p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Act as a strategic HR partner to business units, providing HR solutions aligned with business objectives.</li><li>Maximize people capability, provide change leadership, and manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle.</li><li>Support day-to-day HR operations and proactively identify process improvements.</li><li>Collaborate with other HR leaders, OD, HRSD, and CoE teams to influence HR practices, systems, and processes.</li><li>Drive HR initiatives including management training & development, succession planning, policy review, and implementation.</li></ul><p><b>Preferred Skills:</b></p><ul><li>Human Resource Management domain expertise</li><li>Strong knowledge of HR systems, processes, and employee engagement strategies</li></ul>
