Job Description

<p>As a US Healthcare Recruiter, you will play a vital role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding qualified healthcare professionals, including Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Allied Health staff, for nationwide assignments. You’ll collaborate with account managers to meet staffing needs while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.</p><ul><li>Source, screen, and recruit nurses and allied healthcare professionals through job boards, social media, referrals, and internal databases.</li><li>Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: posting jobs, candidate outreach, interviews, credential verification, and offer negotiation.</li><li>Build strong candidate pipelines for high-demand specialties (ICU, ER, OR, Psych, L&D, etc.).</li><li>Ensure compliance with licensing, certifications, and background checks in accordance with state and federal regulations.</li><li>Partner with account managers to understand staffing requirements and provide qualified candidates.</li><li>Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).</li><li>Provide excellent candidate experience and maintain long-term professional relationships.</li></ul>
