Job Description

As a US IT Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for marketing our bench consultants (H1B, H4EAD, GC, OPT, and CPT) to clients and ensuring the successful placement of candidates. You will develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and consultants, and ensure a smooth sales process. Key Responsibilities: Bench Marketing: Market our bench consultants to various clients and vendors. Ensure regular follow-up with the bench consultants and keep them updated on job requirements. Client and Vendor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors. Negotiate rates and contracts with clients and vendors. Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets. Collaborate with the recruiting team to understand the profiles of consultants. Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of sales activities. Candidate Management: Guide and assist bench consultants through the entire sales process. Provide feedback to consultants and improve their marketability. Coordinate interviews between clients and consultants. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all documentation and compliance requirements are met. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa status and work authorization processes.
