- Work on Direct Client & VMS requirements (Beeline, Fieldglass, etc.).
- Source candidates from job boards like Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder, and social platforms.
- Screen for technical fit, behavioral alignment, and long-term stability.
- Recruit for both IT roles and creative/non-IT positions such as Paralegal, Compliance Analyst, UI/UX Designer, Graphic Designer, Production Support, Project Manager, Content Writer, Business Analyst, Marketing, etc.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, offers, and onboarding.
- Maintain compliance and quality standards in every submission.
