About the Role: We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented US Mortgage Processor to join our growing team. This role requires reviewing loan applications, verifying borrower information, ensuring compliance with lending regulations, and preparing files for underwriting approval.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review mortgage loan applications & supporting documentation.
- Verify borrower income, employment, credit, and assets.
- Order & review third-party docs (appraisals, title, credit reports).
- Ensure compliance with TRID, RESPA, HMDA, and other regulations.
- Collaborate with loan officers, underwriters & borrowers.
- Prepare loan files for underwriting submission & approval.
- Track loan progress and maintain accuracy to meet closing deadlines.
