As our UX Developer for Power BI Reports, you'll be the primary owner of the user experience and visual design for our reporting suite. Your key responsibilities will include: What You'll Bring: 3+ years of dedicated experience as a UX/UI Designer or Product Designer with a strong portfolio specifically showcasing data visualization design, dashboard UX, and interactive reporting experiences. Demonstrable expertise in designing for Power BI, including a deep understanding of its visual capabilities, layout options, and interaction patterns. Proficiency with UX/UI design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar) for wireframing and prototyping. Expert knowledge of user experience (UX) principles as they apply to data and business intelligence, including information architecture, usability, and visual communication. An exceptional eye for visual aesthetics, layout, typography, and color theory, with the ability to create compelling and easy-to-digest data narratives. Strong ability to translate complex business requirements and raw data into intuitive, user-friendly report designs. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale and gather constructive feedback from diverse stakeholders. Familiarity with Power BI development aspects (DAX, M-query) is a plus, but the primary focus is on the design and user experience. Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage time effectively to deliver high-quality designs within a part-time schedule.
