Manage client communication, including emails, phone calls, and scheduling Coordinate property showings and client appointments Prepare and organize real estate listing documents Maintain and update client and property databases Create and edit marketing materials, including property presentations and social media content Conduct online research for market trends, comparable properties, and neighborhood information Assist with transaction coordination and document preparation Manage digital filing systems and cloud-based platforms Schedule property inspections, appraisals, and other real estate-related appointments Support agents with administrative tasks and client follow-ups
