Job Description
Order Processing: Process platform orders, print airway bills, monitor warehouse picks and packs, and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
-Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance the overall customer experience.
-Returns & Refunds: Handle return requests, manage refunds, and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure smooth processes.
-Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and coordinate restocking to prevent shortages.
-Financial Coordination: Coordinate with finance and platforms to ensure accurate payment processing and maintain financial records.
-Reporting: Generate and analyze delivery reports and customer service reports to identify areas for improvement.
-Promotional Support: Assist in promotional campaigns, website maintenance, and collaborate with other departments to support e-commerce initiatives.
