Key Responsibilities: Conduct daily inventory audits and ensure cycle counts are completed monthly Ensure timely shelving of all received pharmaceutical goods Distribute daily tasks efficiently, ensuring all picking Train staff on SOPs to reduce picking discrepancies Monitor & maintain accurate audit and inventory records Track and update picking performance in the system Provide ongoing training to reduce damage & loss Uphold housekeeping standards on the warehouse floor Maintain attendance records in the system Monitor temperature-sensitive items and ensure their proper storage Assign workloads and ensure timely department closure Prepare monthly reports and share staff performance data as per guidelines Intimate about product expiries in advance Train staff on the FEFO method to control expiry-related waste Ensure accurate inventory management Enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce operational errors Foster a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
