We are looking for a skilled FCAW Welder to join our team. The FCAW Welder will be responsible for performing welding operations using the Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW) process to fabricate and assemble metal structures and components.

Key Responsibilities:
* Perform FCAW welding on various metal types, including steel and aluminum.
* Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding specifications.
* Inspect welds for quality and adherence to standards.
* Maintain welding equipment and perform routine maintenance.
* Ensure a safe working environment by following safety procedures and guidelines.

Required Skills:
* Proficiency in FCAW welding techniques and procedures.
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications.
* Strong knowledge of welding safety practices.
* Certification in FCAW welding is a plus.
