We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Application Support Executive to assist with end-to-end job application support for students and professionals seeking employment in the United States. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, a strong communicator, and well-versed with job portals and modern AI tools like ChatGPT. Your work will directly contribute to helping job seekers land interviews and achieve their career goals. Key Responsibilities: Submit job applications for multiple candidates across platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, ZipRecruiter, Monster, and company career portals. Understand job descriptions for roles such as Software Engineer, Data Engineer, Business Analyst, Data Scientist, GenAI/ML Engineer, Data Analyst, Software Developer, etc., and apply accordingly. Tailor resumes and application content using ChatGPT and other AI tools. Write and send personalized outreach messages to recruiters and hiring managers via LinkedIn, including attaching resumes and follow-up emails. Track and maintain a daily application log and provide regular updates. Analyze and match job descriptions with candidates skill sets and technology stacks. Assist in identifying relevant keywords and customizing resumes to improve ATS (Applicant Tracking System) visibility. Prepare summary reports, email drafts, and maintain documentation in Excel or Google Sheets.
