Appeals & Grievances Medical Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Director to provide clinical leadership and oversight for our post-acute and inpatient care services. The Medical Director will ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care, promote clinical excellence, and collaborate with healthcare providers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
* Providing clinical leadership and guidance to healthcare teams.
* Developing and implementing clinical policies and procedures.
* Monitoring and evaluating the quality of patient care.
* Collaborating with healthcare providers and stakeholders to improve outcomes.
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.

Required Skills:
* Medical degree (MD or DO) with board certification.
* Extensive experience in post-acute and inpatient care.
* Strong leadership and management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
