Job Description
-Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewall, and wireless access points. -Manage and monitor ESXi servers, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security. -Oversee and support the IT Support Team, providing guidance and assistance to resolve complex technical issues. -Troubleshoot network and server performance issues and ensure minimal downtime. -Configure and maintain VLANs, VPNs, and other networking protocols. Ensure network security through firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and regular system updates. -Document network configurations, server setups, and operational procedures. -Collaborate with other departments to provide reliable IT infrastructure solutions. -Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions for critical network and server resources. -Conduct regular training and knowledge-sharing sessions with the IT Support Team.-Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewall, and wireless access points.
