Job Description
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the MD, ensuring smooth office operations. Act as the primary liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders. Manage and prioritize phone calls, emails, and other communications. Draft and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and action plans. Oversee the MDs calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments. Prepare, proofread, and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence. Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost professionalism. Organize and maintain files, documents, and records efficiently. Plan and arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and accompany the MD on business trips. Foster positive relationships with stakeholders and manage guest services. Develop and manage documentation and filing systems (physical and digital). Assist with special projects, conduct research, and compile data for decision-making.
