We are hiring an experienced Financial Controller to lead the finance operations of our Avocado Oil Division in Nairobi. Ideal candidates should have experience in exports, logistics, FMCG, or agriculture. Key Responsibilities Financial Oversight & Planning Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company goals Monitor cash flow, capital allocation, and financial health Oversee inventory management systems Accounting & Reporting Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, budgets, and forecasts Compliance & Audit Ensure compliance with IFRS and statutory requirements Manage internal and external audits Cost Management Control and optimize departmental costs Identify financial risks and recommend corrective actions Team Leadership Lead and mentor the finance team Promote accountability and performance
